If you're unhappy with a product, return it within 7 days from the date of purchase and we'll get you a product that better suits your needs or return your purchase.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Items shipped via Free Shipping may incur a shipping charge. Items must be in new condition.
Conditions:
- Items must contain all original packaging.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items that are received in used condition will be inspected and may qualify for restocking fees depending on the condition.
- Backdrops, bulbs, and batteries are not returnable.
- All returns are processed in Canadian dollars at the current daily exchange rate.
Note: There is the possibility of slight currency fluctuations from your credit card provider either up or down for US customers.
