At Best Camera Store, we want you to be confident in your purchase. We offer a 10-day exchange or refund on most new, non-consumable products valued under $1,500.00 CAD (before tax), subject to the conditions below.
1. New Condition Requirement
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be in Original New Condition. This is defined as:

Unused & Sealed: No fingerprints, scratches, or smudges on equipment or optics.

Complete Packaging: Original box and all internal packing materials must be in the same condition as received.

Documentation: Unregistered warranty cards and unopened manuals.

Full Accessories: All included accessories must be present and unused.
Note: Any item not meeting these criteria will be subject to a minimum restocking and/or repacking fee. Best Camera Store reserves the right to inspect all returns and refuse any items that do not meet these standards.
2. Professional Equipment (Items over $1,500)
Any equipment valued at $1,500.00 CAD or more (before tax) is considered Final Sale.

Exceptions are only made if the item is found to be defective upon arrival.

Once opened, professional items are considered "used" and will only be valued at current trade-in rates if a return is requested.
3. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure product integrity, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

All DJI Products: If dead on arrival (DOA) or requiring service, please contact DJI Support.

Professional Gear: Any item with a retail value of $1,500.00 or more.

Opened Software & Electronics: Printers, scanners, drones, lighting equipment, and memory cards.

Consumables: Film, ink, paper, chemistry, batteries, chargers, bulbs, and wearable merchandise.

Special Orders: Any items specifically ordered for a customer that are not part of our regular stock.
4. Defective Merchandise
If an item is found to be defective, it can be exchanged for the same model or a manufacturer’s equivalent, in accordance with warranty terms. We strongly recommend testing your new gear within the first 7 days of purchase.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (PayPal, Credit, Debit). For in-store refunds, the original cardholder must be present with the physical card used for the purchase.
6. Shipping Returns (Online Orders)
If you purchased your item online and wish to return it, please follow these guidelines:
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- Insured Shipping: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the item. Best Camera Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Original Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return Authorization: Before shipping your item back, please contact us at info@bestcamerastore.ca to receive a Return Authorization.
